Lab time AGAIN

Well. Things are still going pretty well. Bryson continues to amaze us with how fast he is growing. I can't believe he's already two! What happened to my sweet baby? He is now a toddler! He went potty on the big boy potty for the first time the other day. He is talking lots which is so refreshing to hear. He has no more motor delays and it really seems like his left side has caught up to his right, no more weakness!

We made the trek down to Glennon on Thursday (March 25th) to have his labs drawn. Brian got to experience it this time with me and I think he was pretty impressed with how well Bryson did! He doesn't realize all the times we went to go get them drawn, and I was by myself, how awful it was! All the sticks and screaming, ughh!!! It was horrible back then, it has gotten easier for him the older he has gotten. He's not as hard of a stick anymore (THANK GOD!). Poor little guy, after we registered and checked in and walked into the lab Bryson stood by me and said "No Mom." Just like he was saying "no, thanks. I'm good, I'm gonna pass on this one." He saw the chair that we sit in and realized what was going to happen. NO 2 year old should ever have to recognize a lab chair, EVER. Mine does. Anyway, he did great and it was over real fast. We should have the results in a few weeks. I pray that they are coming up and we can verify finally that this is something that he is outgrowing. He wants to play with other kids so badly. I would love to enroll him in some classes or something so he can be around other kids his age, but we really haven't been able to do that yet. He started in the mom's day out last fall but we had to take him out of it because of his stinky labs. :(

I'll post when we get his results back! Prayers work wonders, so keep them up for Bryson! Thanks for all the support and for reading my poorly kept up blog!

WE ARE STILL HERE!

I know, I know, I haven't posted ANYTHING in months.

Nothing new really, just very busy! Bryson turned two and is one busy boy. He will be having labs drawn this month so we will see where we stand. He was pretty sick a few weeks ago, it was awful. He had the stomach virus going around and it took him over a week to get better. Just when you think things are better you get a sharp reminder that its not. What would take a 'healthy' child 2 days to get over took mine over a week. It was horrible!! Since that's been over we are back to "normal". Thank goodness!

Connor is doing great, second grade is flying by! Before we know it, it will be April and First Communion time. WOW.

I promise, I will keep up with my blog again. No excuses! Thanks to those who continue to check in!
